Squash and broccoli with almondpesto

So, finally a lunch that neither Pie or Tau found interesting. It’s completely green and raw.

You’ll need:

  • one zucchini
  • 1/3 broccoli
  • slices of celery

Slice the zucchini with a cheese grater or potato peeler. Ideally the slices should remind you of fettuccini strands.

Then add small bouquets of broccoli.


  • chopped almonds (the leftovers from the almond milk work great)
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • two tablespoons of olive oil
  • one teaspoon of apple vinegar

Mix everything, and lunch is done!



Haha they don’t care at all about this lunch. Ps. to make it more stuffing make a powerful smoothie as a complement. This one contains: 1 granny smith apple, 1 celery slice, 1 banana, 2 kiwis, a small dose of ginger and almond milk.
